TenderQualify monitors official Belgian and EU procurement sources and turns relevant notices into short, source-linked fit cards.

The product is built for cyber, MSP, cloud, GRC, IAM, backup, resilience, data and security integration teams that need faster bid/no-bid decisions.

How qualification works

  • Official notice fields remain linked so customers can review the original source.
  • Automated triage screens keywords, CPV codes, buyer details, deadline windows and geography.
  • Human review adds Belgian context, language coverage, lot structure, partner route and bad-fit flags.
  • Fit scores support triage; they are not procurement, legal or bid advice.

Independence

TenderQualify is operated by Aigenize and is independent from TED, BOSA, e-Procurement portals and public buyers.

Official sources provide the notices. TenderQualify adds monitoring, filtering and reviewable fit judgement.
